RAW HONEY is the concentrated nectar from flowers. Our honey is NOT PASTURIZED OR FILTERED. For a short time in the hot summer months there is a "honey flow". The bees build beautiful white comb to store this "concentrated nectar". Honey straight from the honeycomb to your bottle with all the natural vitamins, enzymes and other nutritional elements that makes honey one of nature's SUPER FOODS.

Our Mountain landscape is as diverse as the flavor of our honey. Our bees live in some of the most beautiful bee yards in the Spectacular Wasatch Mountains with Sustainable agriculture in front of them and mountain alpine flowers such as Indian Paintbrush, columbine and sunflowers in back of them. A honey bee can visit 50-100 flowers during a collection trip.

Did you know Honery Bees are the only insect that produces food for man? Honey bees are smart. The bee's brain is about the size of a sesame seed, yet it has remarkable capacity to learn and remember things. Bees make complex calculations on distance traveled and foraging facts. Their wings beat about 200 beats per second. A bee can fly as fast as 15 miles per hour. The average worker bee produces about 1/12 th teaspoon of honey in their life time.
