Slide Ridge Winery - CaCysir

We are proud to introduce our first offering from the Slide Ridge Winery, a CaCysir fermented from Northern Utah apples and our raw high-mountain wildflower honey. The resulting wine combines the aromas of baked apples and honeyed tangerine zest with the pleasant undertones of clove, allspice, and cinnamon. The Slide Ridge CaCysir has a wonderful dry juicy sweet balanced mouth feel with a balanced acidity followed by a remarkable finish.

According to “Juicy tales by Jo Diaz,” a west coast wine blogger, “This wine is the most fascinating one I’ve tasted in a very long time...A spicy apple, citrusy sweet beverage, with an alcohol level of 13.65 percent...This wine is very spicy and something that would work really well for the upcoming holidays. It’s not a sipping by the pool kind of wine; rather, it’s a complementary wine for something fun to eat. Let your imagination run as wild as the bees with this one.”

The wine is currently available from Utah State Liquor Stores, or it can be ordered online for shipment to California or Colorado. We are currently working through the regulations required for shipments to the remaining states.
